Stealth Protection LLC
Last Updated: 08/01/2026

Stealth Protection LLC ("Stealth Protection," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. Discretion is central to what we do, and that commitment extends to how we handle your data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

This policy applies to information collected through our website (stealthprotectionllc.com), our booking platform, phone and email communications, text messaging, and in the course of providing our services. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact and identity information: name, email address, phone number, and mailing or billing address.
  • Booking information: pickup and drop-off locations, dates and times, itinerary details, passenger count, vehicle preferences, flight information, and special requests.
  • Payment information: billing details and payment card information, processed through our secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
  • Communications: the contents of messages, inquiries, and requests you send us by form, email, phone, or text.
  • Service-specific information: for executive protection and secure transportation, we may collect additional information necessary to plan and deliver the service safely, which is handled with heightened confidentiality.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and time spent on the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: small data files stored on your device that help the site function, remember preferences, and measure performance (see Section 6).
  • Approximate location: derived from your IP address for analytics and service-area purposes.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from our booking and dispatch platform, payment processor, and marketing or analytics providers, and from referrals or partners who connect you with our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the services you request.
  • Process payments, deposits, and refunds.
  • Communicate with you about bookings, confirmations, changes, and follow-up, including by phone, email, and text message.
  • Track flights and coordinate airport pickups.
  • Respond to inquiries, requests, and customer support needs.
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience.
  • Send service updates and, where you have opted in, marketing and promotional communications.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our operations.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we use it to send booking confirmations, reminders, service updates, and — where you have separately opted in — promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Policy for full details.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted only to the extent necessary to provide the service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as necessary and only with parties who help us operate. This may include:

  • Service providers and vendors: our booking and dispatch platform (Moovs), our customer relationship and communications platform (GoHighLevel), our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), our payment processor, and analytics and hosting providers, each of whom may process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Chauffeurs and personnel: the specific individuals assigned to deliver your service receive the information necessary to do so.
  • Legal and safety purposes: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Stealth Protection, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in or text messaging consent data with third parties for marketing.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site, measure the performance of our marketing, and improve your experience.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though some site features may not function properly without them. Where required, we present a cookie notice or consent banner on the site. You can also opt out of certain advertising cookies through the tools offered by the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Payment data is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails or reply STOP to marketing texts at any time.
  • Opt out of sale/sharing: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including our booking platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
