This SMS Policy explains how Stealth Protection LLC ("Stealth Protection," "we," "us," or "our") uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) to communicate with clients and prospective clients. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
1. Program Description
Stealth Protection offers a text messaging program to support and enhance your experience with our luxury transportation and executive protection services. Through this program, we send messages related to bookings, reservations, service coordination, and — where you have separately opted in — promotional offers and updates.
2. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number to Stealth Protection — through our website forms, booking platform, phone, or in person — and agreeing to receive text messages, you give your express consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from us at that number.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have authorization to provide it.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you request.
We use consent for two categories of messages, and you may opt in to either or both:
- Transactional/service messages: booking confirmations, reservation reminders, chauffeur and pickup coordination, flight-tracking updates, changes to your service, follow-up, and customer support.
- Promotional/marketing messages: offers, announcements, and updates about our services (only where you have separately opted in to marketing).
3. Types of Messages You May Receive
- Booking and reservation confirmations
- Reservation reminders and pickup coordination
- Chauffeur en-route and arrival notifications
- Flight-tracking and schedule-change updates
- Responses to your inquiries and support requests
- Review or feedback requests following service
- Promotional offers and announcements (opt-in only)
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your bookings and interactions with us. You may receive messages related to each reservation, as well as occasional promotional messages if you have opted in to marketing.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging charges from your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received, depending on your mobile plan. Stealth Protection is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
6. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again as you did originally.

7. Help (HELP)
If you are experiencing any issues or need assistance, reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at +1(914)-653-6228 or info@stealthprotectionllc.com. Replying HELP will return a message with our contact information.
8. Supported Carriers
Our messaging program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and technical availability, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
9. Privacy and Data Sharing
Your privacy is important to us. We handle information collected through our text messaging program in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Information sharing may occur only with subcontractors who support our messaging program (for example, our SMS delivery provider and customer service platforms), and only to the extent necessary for them to help us deliver the service on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the latest revision. Your continued participation in the text messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
